To assure you, all of our work comes with a one year warranty to promptly repair or replace any defective work to your satisfaction.

·	We will be available. Either your site foreman, or Tim Whyte himself, will be easily accessible to answers all your questions and speak with you regarding any of your questions or concerns.

·	We will keep you informed & up to date. You will receive thorough documentation of the entire process including comprehensive billing, copies of all required permits, and documentation of all changes to the project for your approval.

We will be considerate. We understand how overwhelming building and remodeling can be and we do everything in our power to make it as easy for you as we can. We try to inconvenience you as little as possible by doing things like, not disconnecting needed sinks until necessary or moving your stove so you can still prepare food. And of course, we’re sure to clean our work area at the end of each day.
